The company V… designs and manages parks for the public authorities in the region of Portland, Oregon as well as for companies and some individuals. It has a staff of 25 professionals in the field. Mr G., manager of the company, had an organisational problem: “Our job is closely linked to the weather, and the guys didn’t always come to the office in the morning before going to the different sites.
