Mobile Tracing Services Company
MOBILE TRACING
SERVICES is service provider using information and communication
technology which offers simple, supple and efficient solutions allowing
field teams to continually update the state of their operations.
The competitive difference of the MOBILE TRACING SERVICES
solutions comes from the use of a standard piece of equipment that
all professionals possess: the mobile phone, on to which the application
is downloaded. (Easy download via a Java application or Windows
mobile).
LiveTask offers via the web a solution that stands out by
its technical simplicity. On the one hand a sedentary employee creates
and organizes the field operations and manages a dynamic schedule.
On the other hand the mobile employee has access to all the information
concerning the operation and can also transmit all data about the
evolution of the operation from the simple interface on his mobile
phone (operation completed, delays, etc…). A system of real time
global positioning is also attached to this process. The information
is shared with all interested parties: the customer, the sedentary
teams and all other intermediaries concerned by the operation.
MOBILE TRACING SERVICES promote another solution based on
the same technology for transport companies: LiveTransport. To find

Press release
September 2008
LiveTransport bets on mobile phone technology to track information
1st Innovation Prize 2006 of the Nov@log competitity pole,
LiveTransport team has developed a transport operation tracing system
that is simple, efficient and very economical, linking multi-transporters
by mobile phone and the Internet.
Focused on the transport operation, linked to drivers or
sub contractors by mobile phone, LiveTransport permits all interested
parties of the logistic chain to be informed in real time of key
events (loading, unloading, delays,…) and to inform the customers
automatically or “on demand” to achieve optimal efficiency.
LiveTransport is very simple to set up and needs no investment.
There is no software to install, there is an automatic link between
the phones and the schedule (SaaS mode*).
Directly accessible via Internet, the users create and manage the
transport operation (distributing to drivers or sub contractors)
Easy to use
With 1 click, on any mobile phone, the driver updates and positions
the transport operation.
No on board equipment, simple and quick to use
Over 500 compatible ceel phones.
State of the art communication means quick, smooth and efficient
information.
LiveTransport's key words are simplicity, suppleness and profitability.
With no investment or training, the transport operator can offer
his customer a dynamic tracking of his transport mission.
Xavier ALLEZ, Sales Manager : « Basically, the transport
operator connects up to our server by Internet and enters the basic
operation information as well as the people who need to be informed.
The operation will position itself visually on his dynamic schedule.
All the parties in his professional network, who are concerned by
the operation, share and complement the information and update the
state of the transport operation. The driver with a few simple clicks
on his mobile phone can indicate the pick up time, delivery time,
declare events, and give his position»
« The advantages are numerous ».
Raynald MESSIE, CTO : « The traceability of the information,
tracking and incident status notification, visual and simple schedule
on the operator’s screen. From the start to the end of the operation,
the packages, the containers or batches are tracked and the information
is sent to the different parties chosen by the operator (customer,
insurer…) »
Bruno HAIZE, CEO :« with LiveTransport any person in the
logistics chain, including an independent driver using his mobile
phone, can offer a professional service with reliable traceability
as good as any offered by big fleets or integrated networks...»
